These differences are purely cosmetic and do not affect the quality, purity, potency, or integrity of the product.

Each batch is assigned a unique lot number for quality assurance, traceability, and record keeping.
If you have any questions regarding a specific product or batch, please contact our support team and reference the lot number displayed on your packaging.

Storage & Handling Guide
To preserve the purity, potency, and stability of your research materials, please follow these storage guidelines.

Temperature

Store refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C (36°F–46°F) at all times.

Avoid prolonged exposure to room temperature whenever possible.
Temperature fluctuations may reduce long-term stability.

Handling

Handle products on a clean, disinfected surface.
Wash your hands before handling the vial or cap.
Keep the vial in its original packaging until use to protect it from light exposure.

Inspect the vial before use. Do not use if the vial appears damaged or compromised.

Clean the label only with a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning chemicals or alcohol directly on the label.
Storage Responsibility

Once products have been delivered, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. While we work with reliable carriers, iVy Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photographs or a video of the unopened package and damaged contents as evidence.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof of damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
