Thank you for your interest in becoming an Ivy Peptides Athlete & Affiliate. We value our ambassadors and look forward to building long-term partnerships based on professionalism, honesty, and mutual respect.

By joining our program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws in their country.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Discount Codes & Referral Links

Each Athlete & Affiliate will receive a unique referral discount code and/or referral link to share with their audience.

Discount codes must only be used for legitimate customer purchases.

Affiliates must not advertise misleading offers or claim discounts that have not been approved by Ivy Peptides.

Personal Discount Code

Each Athlete & Affiliate will also receive a separate personal discount code, providing 10% off eligible products for their own purchases.

This code is strictly for the Athlete or Affiliate's personal use and must not be shared with others.

The 10% personal discount applies to product prices only and does not apply to shipping charges, taxes, or any other applicable fees.

No affiliate commission will be paid on purchases made using a personal discount code.

Long-term Athletes & Affiliates who consistently support the Ivy Peptides brand and generate strong referral sales may, at our discretion, be rewarded with increased personal discounts, higher commission rates, exclusive promotions, or other benefits.

Commission Payments

Commission is earned on qualifying customer purchases made using your unique referral link or referral discount code.

Commission is calculated on completed and paid orders only.

Commission is calculated on the product subtotal only and excludes shipping charges, taxes, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and any other applicable fees.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back are not eligible for commission.

Commission payments are made according to our current affiliate payment schedule.

Self-Purchases

Athletes & Affiliates are not permitted to earn commission on their own purchases.

Any order placed using your personal discount code, referral link, or referral discount code for your own purchase will not qualify for commission.

Any attempt to abuse the affiliate program, including creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or arranging purchases solely to generate commission, may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Promotion Guidelines

Athletes & Affiliates should promote Ivy Peptides honestly and professionally.

Athletes & Affiliates must not:

Make false or misleading claims.

Misrepresent Ivy Peptides or its products.

Spam customers.

Use paid advertising featuring the Ivy Peptides brand without prior written permission.

Damage the reputation of the Ivy Peptides brand.

Social Media

Athletes & Affiliates are encouraged to create original content.

Any promotional material should accurately represent our products and comply with all applicable advertising laws, regulations and platform policies.

Compliance

Athletes & Affiliates are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, tax obligations and platform rules within their jurisdiction.

Termination

Ivy Peptides reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Athlete or Affiliate account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are breached or if conduct is considered harmful to the business or its reputation.

Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
